Scott does a great job. He fixed a leaky pipe that was in a tricky location. Was in a out in less than an hour. He also helped me fix my broken steam shower that just broke down a few days before. I asked Scott if he would take a look, having just told me he's never worked on one before, and he didn't give a lame excuse, but rather dug in and figured it out. He then provided a short-term fix, and helped me with the long-term fix. That's what you get when you hire local. People who care.
This is a small, family-owned business and I have happily used them for years! They usually can always send someone out the same day; their technicians are friendly & conscientious (putting booties on before entering the house); and most importantly, they've earned my trust, so I never worry that their trying to "oversell" me (as a female customer, this is really important to me)! It's easy to give them 5 stars!!

Bumped into him when out riding bikes with my son, looked like his wife was weed eating Nd he was mowing, down to earth, good people, i am sure they do pretty good, but don't act like it, i plan on useing them from now on!
Snyder's has been our go to heating, AC and plumbing guys since we moved to Platte City 10 years ago. Always friendly, quick and very reasonable on their prices. They are a local, family owned business and it shows in their customer service. It's great that the are available 24/7, because it seems like every time we've needed them it has either been in the evening or on the weekends.
Snyders recently replaced our water heater for a tank version to the new tankless kind. The installation of the new venting was excellent, I really liked the recommendation to change the location. They did a great job of tucking all the plumbing away and making it look clean. It works perfectly.
