This place should be Out of Business!!! Change machine, out of order!! 5-6 washers Out of order!!! The detergent vending machine, out of order!!!the washers nor dryers have ever evened wiped down!! I will not go back there again!! Pitiful excuse for a laundromat!!!! I q
Definitely NOT a 24 hour laundry mat please correct these hours it's open from 7am-10p Monday- Friday and 8am-10 Saturday-Sunday
More machines broke than working. Informed attendant one of three washing machines I used didn't spin out the soap and water and she argued that I put in too much soap or I didn't know what i was doing. REALLY? Dryers dont efficiently dry either. 4 of the 15 dryers were marked out of service as well. Huge disappointment!
Unfortunately my dryer broke and I had to go to the laundry mat until I got it fixed. This laundry mat/cleaners is not the cleanest. The change machine rarely works, there is little to no heat in the place and on one occasion one of the dryer ruined almost an entire load of clothes. They were burn marks on most and some were even singed together. The color was stripped, and the ones that were salvageable smelled of burnt material. I tried to contact the number provided but it is always busy or no answer. A lady that works there (I think) have me a different number and I have yet to hear from anyone. Very upsetting. I'm out a lot of money between the clothes that were ruined and the replacements I had to purchase. Although it was not the owners fault (per say) it is still upsetting that I have not had any response. Not even an apology. Needless to say I am glad my dryer is fixed.
Lost money trying to get detergent..TWICE.. Had to go to Dollar General to get it.. Came back started my machines.. ROACHES....NASTY! Glad I don't live around here..
